The Company “KIRIACOULIS MEDITERRANEAN CRUISES SHIPPING S.A.” notifies the public that following the decision dated 29.07.2019 of the Ordinary General Assembly of the shareholders of the company regarding the election of the new Board of Directors with a four year term up to the Ordinary General Assembly of the year 2023, the Board of Directors formed into a body on 29.07.2019 as follows:

1. Theofanis Kyriakoulis of Stavros, Chairman of the BoD and Managing Director, Executive Member,
2. Spyridon Kyriakoulis of Stavros, Vice Chairman of the BoD, Executive Member,
3. Harikleia Theodorou of Dimitrios, Non Executive Member,
4. Aggelos Kopitsas of Athanassios, Independent Non Executive Member,
5. Kalliopi Magoula of Stefanos, Independent Non Executive Member,
6. Nikitas Sotiropoulos of Dimitrios, Independent Non Executive Member and
7. Zoi Vasileiou of Dimitrios, Independent Non-Executive Member.
