The Company’s shares were listed on the Parallel Market of the Athens Stock Exchange on April 10, 1998 under the symbol “KYRI”. Pursuant to the new Regulation of the Athens Exchange which has been in force since November 28, 2005 the shares are traded on the Securities Market in the category “Medium and Small Capitalization” under the same symbol “KYRI”.
The first figure shows the indexed performance of the company’s share and that of FTSE/ATHEX Small Cap 80 over the period January-December 2005 and the figure below shows for the same period the daily trading volume of the company’s share. The following table compares the monthly market price of the company’s share for the period January-December 2005 with these of the FTSE/ATHEX Small Cap 80 and the ATHEX Parallel Market Composite Index. It should be noted that monthly price is defined as the closing price on the last trading session of each month and monthly trading volume as the sum of the daily trading volumes of each month.
